All of the materials used in the Hypnotize the Jury seminars are co-created by a team of hypnotherapists, NLP practitioners, and litigating attorneys. The seminars are presented by co-founder Brennan Smith, and a team of specialists in various areas of legal persuasive speaking.
Brennan Smith - Hypnotist and NLP practitioner
Brennan is a frequent public speaker in the Los Angeles area, delivering his characteristically humorous and empowering topics to various businesses, community groups, and non-profit organizations.
Brennan has always been fascinated by the brain, and after completing his degree in Cellular Biology with an emphasis in Neurophysiology, he followed his fascination to learn more about hypnosis. After graduating with honors from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, he was recruited to become a member of the faculty there. In 2007, he left behind his faculty position to build his private Beverly Hills hypnotherapy practice full-time.
Brennan's private practice specializes in procrastination hypnosis, therapy for self-sabotage in business and relationships, and hypnosis for impotence and premature ejaculation.

Throughout these persuasive speaking seminars, Brennan brings in special guests to focus on specific areas of the client, witness, jury, and courtroom process. The teaching style is always very hands-on, which means participants get tangible experience in using the tools they're learning. With many years of experience in law and hypnosis, Brennan and his team deliver a blend of law, science, NLP, psychology, and fun that is available nowhere else.
